Yes, I take many short clips of video, download them to a file. They come through with just a # on them, so I rename the clips for content and weather they are good or bad. Then when making the video I import clips from that file to the Movie maker program, arrange and edit. You can trim out pieces you don't like, split a clip to edit another in-between, also edit sound and add text captions to the clip. It took me a while to find and learn all the functions of the program. You can make a practice video and fiddle with it to learn the functions. There are advanced functions like slow motion, picture-in -picture, others that I still have to learn. Have fun and good luck. You will be a "pro" before you know it. Jim
