KOKOMO Electricar
I owned one of those. I bought it on eBay back in the days when you could see everything listed. I was curious about it and it was cheap. I think about $80 for the set in a torn box.
The fence is wood posts with the two strips, and makes about a 3 foot circle. I ran my car with a Lionel transformer, but it wouldn't run on the shag carpet, and the rubber wheels had gotten so hard the just slipped. I put a blue rubber band from broccoli on one tire so it had tractions.
They made red and yellow cars. They also made a construction set that built a car or a truck that is much harder to find. The race cars have drivers made of lithographed tin that are often missing.
One of the Tucson guys set up two circles at a meet years ago and let us race them. I wrote an article about these years ago, but my toys website is gone.
