cool video. I was reading your right up on the 254 engines and a display of the colors,.  I didn't see red in the colors the 254 came in, but have seen some red ones for sale.  Are these  someone painted red or was it an option. Thanks Loco

Red is a very rare color for the 254 loco. I don't think I've ever seen an original one. The red 254 was probably not a production item. They might have been painted for inhouse use.
